It would be really nice if you were able to construct an ahash::HashMap in a const context. You are able to do this with a std::hash::HashMap.

Eg.

static MY_MAP: HashMap<(), ()> = HashMap::new();

Actually, I am incorrect here. BTreeMap::new can be used in a const context but HashMap::new can not.
