After I successfully login to a remote jupyter server, all further requests result in error 403.
Please see millejoh/emacs-ipython-notebook#754 for details (stack traces, logs debug attempts).
Also, ahyatt/emacs-websocket#75 and millejoh/emacs-ipython-notebook#750 could be relevant.
