Jupyter Notebook analysis dependencies

Some dependencies require a C compiler for installation. With macOS users, they get prompted to install developer tools, which can take a lot of time.

If possible, pare down the dependencies in /src/analyze/events.ipynb to the bare minimum and pick specific version numbers rather than take a risk getting bleeding edge packages.

Some of the dependencies may have changed recently, which added a requirement for msgpack. I believe that's the module that needs to be compiled.
