Plan for removing GOT library from CCM build

This may be bit of research, currently GOT pkg is part of package.json and imported more or less for supplementary needs like pulling retry status code and use GOT hooks for debug purposes.

@kth/canvas-api pkg uses it and we should relay on GOT imports from that. Currently the GOT pkg version this library used is v11.8.6 and current GOT v14.2.1. So to keep in sync with the canvas api package we are installing same version. So the version of GOT CCM uses is behind the latest ( but IN tandem with @kth/canvas-api pkg)
