Command description

The "magick" command is the new primary command of the Shell API, replacing the old "convert" command.

We should combine convert and mogrify to magick.

I think ImageMagick team wants to get rid of the conflict with convert function on Windows platform, so the convert, mogrify and identity are ported into primary command magick from IMv7.

Now, it's time to use magick because the warning shows the deprecation and we can't use this command now.
