[RandImage] Shuffle images with no repeats

Description of my issue/request:

I got pictures in a folder. Is it possible to make the cog pick a random image (like it do) but when it picks the next random image it makes sures it picks a new one and not the same. Also that it does not post the picture(s) again before all the pictures in that folder have been posted.

Oh man, I'm sorry, I just saw this.

This is an interesting idea - it's almost more like shuffling the images instead of randomizing them. I'm not opposed to the idea, but I don't think I will be implementing it now. When I do cog rewrites for Red v3, I will likely add it then.

I'll leave this issue open for the time being.
