hrp3のcfgファイルを修正しないとaspでコンパイルエラーが出る #15

ETロボコンのサンプルプログラムをそのまま使うと、app.cfgをcfg1_out.cをコンパイルした際にTPRI_INIT_TASKがないと言われる。

common/ev3api/api.cfg.h　でev3.hがincludeされていないため。これは単にインクルードすれば良い。

また、app.cfgでtecsgen.cfgを読み込まないといけないため、テンポラリのcfgファイルを作る対応が必要。
