now that a few of these are "in the wild", would love to know how the fuck to use this ;)

ok, i've added the basics to the readme. If you are the unlucky recipient of a tpad with old firmware I'll prioritize writing up docs for flashing the latest. (it's painless I promise)

I'm going to keep this open as a reminder to finish fleshing it out
