Cleaning up

• Remove babel-plugin-wildcard and associated wildcard imports
• Added index.js files to import integrations in each folder (digital, electricity..)
• Added integrations/index.js containing all integrations for easier import
• Added tripit and barry images that were in our private repository (it was inconsistent)
• Moved categories of nordic api gateway and bridge into respective folders so we keep a better separation of concerns
• Updated package.json with proper name

What was the reason for removing wildcard imports?

And have you ensured that the rename of this repository isn't messing anything up - like CirleCI for example? 🤔

It was buggy (often it would require clearing cache for the imports to be re-updated)..
