Mirror changes to BoringSSL in 9b611e2.

The server_name extension parsing in select_certificate_cb was taken from ext_sni_parse_clienthello in ssl/t1_lib.c of BoringSSL.

BoringSSL now only supports a restricted format for server_name and this should be mirrored here to simplify things.
