Describe the bug
tmuxinator local does not accept optional arguments (e.g. for rendering dynamic values into project config)

To Reproduce

  • Create a local config file
  • Try to start the local project using an optarg (e.g. tmuxinator local $PWD)
  • Observe: "ERROR: "tmuxinator local" was called with arguments ["/home/nobody/projects"]"

Expected behavior
tmuxinator should make the arguments available for use in the template

Environment
This should affect all environments, but just in case:

  • tmuxinator 3.0.1
  • tmux 3.2a
  • Ruby 3.0.1
  • OS: Debian 10.10
