directory specific .tmuxinator.yml not allowing launch of any other project

if .tmuxinator.yml is present in a directory mux s another_project doesn't work but launches the directory's configuration only.

The only way to launch other config is to change the directory to one where .tmuxinator.yml isn't present.

PS: If someone can confirm that this is a valid issue, I can work on fixing it.

I can confirm that this is the case. Interestingly, it only happens when using the "s" alias; "start" works as expected.
