Remove locale/LC_MESSAGES/ from path

when we load language files, we have to give path to language file. but it automatically adds locale/LC_MESSAGES in path. this is not needed as every language file is named distinctly. so domain name can distinct them easily. so if i need to use same language files for my wordpress project and js project, i can use them both from the same location without duplicating it to locale/LC_MESSAGES folder. can you do something about it? @tnga
