Release-date strategy not working in v3.3.3 #1150

Version 3.3.3

When using "isActive()" on a feature toggle that has a release-date strategy,
I will get an error "Could not get request from HttpServletRequestHolder. Did you configure the TogglzFilter correctly?"

When I remove the release-date it works fine.
In JSF I could use the release-date strategy with no problem.
