Update java-html-sanitizer dependency to a version that does not use a vulnerable guava version #1191

togglz console depends on an old version of owasp-java-html-sanitizer which depends on a vulnerable*) version of guava.

Could you bump owasp-java-html-sanitizer to the newest version to get rid of the potential vulnerability due to this transient dependency?

*) CVE-2023-2976 (CVSS 7.1) and CVE-2020-8908 (CVSS 3.3)
