What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I cant scan My External sa card
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I want to see the What is in My ext sdcard but it gives me Black. 


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Im using version 3.4.2 with android 4.2.2 note 2

Please provide any additional information below.
