cancelPayment returned malformed JSON error #1

called the cancelPayment() function in tokenslot client, but it failed.

that function is a call to $xchain->updateAddressMonitorActiveState($getPayment->monitor_uuid, false);

the actual error returned from xchain was a malformed JSON error
