Layout problem in landscape #1
Comments
I'm trying to reproduce your error, but having hard time doing so because Android emulator does not let me rotate screen no matter what. Tried CTRL+F11 and numpad 7. Also tried sending rotate command through telnet. Nothing worked. |
OK, I nailed it. Does this work for you? https://github.com/tomari/MoonCal/releases/tag/v7%2B |
Why not add another emulator especially for LANDSCAPE ... I assume you're using Android Studio? |
That's fine now: both text and images are readable.

mikaere66, Thanks, but that didn't work either. I ended up adding landscape-only specifier to the Manifest. dalb8, Thanks for your confirmation. I have a few other things that I want to include in the coming update, so let me work on them before release. I'm closing this issue. |
I regret to tell you that, after some testing, I can't seem to find a way to set up a font size that works on landscape Nexus S and does not break many other devices. |
I use a Nexus S in landscape orientation normally. The resolution is 800x480. The icons for the moon are too small, about 30% of the height of the date. They could be made bigger while still fitting the whole month on the screen.
