feature request: expose on_delete for other scripts?

Current on_delete cannot be set in third scripts, as we can only set on_close, on_search and on_paste

I plan on implementing an alternative key event passing to scripts, where you'll receive a message with what key was pressed, and with what modifiers, allowing you to respond to anything, not just the shortcuts built into uosc's menu.
