No way of overriding defaults

There is no way to override the defaults. This is a problem in our case because imagemin-svgo by default strips all IDs and we need them.

I'm facing the same problem @d4rky-pl related and would be really nice if we can pass the option cleanupIDs: false.

After a little digging and according to the source of SVGGo module, only unused IDs are cleared, so if it's referenced in a style tag or script tag it will be not cleared, so you probably can do something about it.
