RTKPlot executed failed when I opened obs file #745

I used C++Builder 11 Version 28.0.47991.2819 to build RTKPlot，this can be builded successfully，but When I used it to open an obs file,It cannot open successfully.My rtklib version is 2.4.3 b34，however,when I used master branch，It can be used successfully

In addition：only obs file cannot open,solution file can be opened successfully.
Official rtkplot is also normal.
Anyone can help me,I have no idea about how to resolve it
