How to view the 'Change log' and the 'Dynaforms'

Issue

In a ticket with an existing case (with a status of 'DRAFT', 'TO_DO', 'CANCELLED', 'COMPLETED'), you would like to view the already done dynaforms and/or the changelog, but you can't see them, the tab panels are empty, like this:


Solution

You must define process permissions:

1. Open your process in the Designer:

2. Open process permissions:

3. Add permissions to the PM group (used to host all GLPI users):


If you need to add more users/groups, then you must create a new permission record.
