People with location ID of 0 do not show up at all

Arlene Istar Lev LCSW, CASAC, - should show up in the "Therapists" category - they're labeled as category 5 - but they do not.

I think this is because their location is 0, so there's no location category to put them in.

We should contact or look at websites for listings with location 0.

Good news, there's only a few dozen. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1CD_ITDj2s_flzeN_TB7vwTCTEmFLVTst9xCQghORAVE/edit#gid=0 - tab marked "no location/address". I put in the id and the name of the person, not sure if other information is desired. If so, let me know, it's easy to do :D
