Indefinite simulation length #6

There is no reason that simulations have to finish after a fixed number of blocks (--time_blocks), as all History arrays are now held in circular buffers. If time_blocks is None, the simulation should continue indefinitely.

Ensure money/time/distance conversions are implemented properly. How best to display these?
