that's the correct id, is there a error or what does it say to the player? |
Just says they don't have access to the command. I have tried all vip flags (1 = vip, 2 = super vip, 3 = bdc) |
remove the admin_overrides, the plugin doesn't give them any flags, just set their vip lvl to at least 1 and it should work, the error should say |
Ye I have removed the overrides, I have tried all vip lvl's I have left it set to 3. (The steam id's could be causing the problem) or that's the only thing I think it could be. I removed the working id replaced it with others and tried them non worked, Re-added the working id and tested it again and it worked.. Very random stuff. Image of DB: http://imgur.com/a/RZBxJ |
ah, my bad, the check is |
Changed the code didn't work, also tried to give admin lvl 1 it did not work either. It's weird that it's working for one id but non of the others. Tried changing the id to 1:1, 1:0, 0:0 and 0:1 That didn't help :P |
did you compile and upload the smx? edit: wait i'm wrong, it SHOULD be && |
Yes I did recompile and copy over the new plugin + scripting. |
you don't need to upload scripting, doesn't do anything. do you perhaps have another plugin that uses sm_vip as a command? because it looks fine to me, list your sm plugins list |
"Admin File Reader" (1.8.0.6017) by AlliedModders LLC |
i don't see any that have a vip command, maybe wannabedj? idk, sm_vip isn't registered as a admin command so it shouldn't be giving the you do not have access message, i'll maybe re-write the vip part of the plugin because it's probably buggy since I ripped out the sourcebans dependency |
Thanks for your help. |
I have been trying to get sm_vip working on my db, but for some reason I can only get one of the users steam ID to work, tried to change the id's a couple of times but nothing has worked. I'm using the STEAM_1:X:xxx ID.
I tried to override the command in admin_overrides.cfg (This did not work either)
