running on localhost:3000 breaks the connect flow of desktop to mobile connect #6

Flow to reproduce:

Run a web app on localhost:3000 on desktop
Try to connect tonhub using a QR code.
Open tonhub on mobile scan the QR code
Tonhub throws an invalid url error

this issue is solved when using ngrok , not sure if its the :${port} part that breaks url
