Cover ways to send transaction via TON Connect 2.0.

Context

Currently, documentation on ton.org describes only way to connect user to dApp, but not to do anything more. Sending transactions is the next logical step.

Goals

• Make a tutorial, by following which users should be able to send transactions from dApp
• example of simple multi-destination transfer
• example of transfer with comment
• example of deploying a contract
• (if, and when, adding plugins is supported) example of deploying a plugin contract (e.g. standard subscription, or the simplest chatbot)
• tracking the transaction
