[Feature Request] Add Option to force disable "bulk" queries in snmp v2/v3 #58

There is some IBM storage devices with problems with any snmpbulkwalk data query. It seems to work ok ( but really slow ) with snmpwalk

Could be interesting add a flag for each device to disable this option as a workaround to the "bulk" option.
