Cleanup Script Should remove postgres data

Noticed while doing the class pgsql data directory is not being removed so if your solution includes a handler that notifies the postgresql init based on the postgresql being installed it will fail.

I know this is not the best way to implement a handler but it does feel like I would expect the cleanup playbook to remove the data directly so that working from a new environment mocks working from one after running it.

Created a PR if it is acceptable
