Bundler Installer unable to correctly detect if 3M drivers are installer or not #8

Install POS bundle
uninstall POS and 3M drivers
Reinstall POS

Now Pos Service is broken because it did not reinstall 3M drivers. The 3M regsitry entries still exist even though 3M drivers have been uninstalled.
