Add methods for QC. Examples:

Create GIS layers centered in the study area that show buffered distances taken from the config (e.g. max_distance, detour_agnostic_threshold)
Create GIS layers that show unusually short or long segments, high numbers of intersection legs, etc.

Create GIS layer of only the low-stress network (to make sure the max_stress is set correctly)
