Add link to video2commons on pages created by it #116

Upload a video with video2commons.
The next day want to do it again so go to Uploads in the upper right,
find the file you uploaded, and look for some link that says "Uploaded with video2commons", but alas that is just a Category link, and clicking it doesn't lead you to video2commons.

Therefore, somewhere in the File created, have a link to https://tools.wmflabs.org/video2commons .

No reason to say "Proudly uploaded via video2commons",
just "Uploaded via video2commons" will do.

Perhaps linking it in the category page would be enough? The upload summary is currently used as where it pus the source.
