I'm happy to fix this but I didn't see a way to get access to push to the repo!

Describe the bug
Small typo: Text is missing a "to"

Add a section [to] the budget inspector showing your variance between last month's income and this month's assigned budget for users who still live by the old Rule #4.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Settings > Budget > Live on Last Month's Income
