Field svc from backup WAY off

I switched iphones from a 7+ to an iphone 12. I used the ‘restore’ from iCloud backup from Nov 28th. The hours history is completely wrong but the placements seem ok. As an example the backup showed 7 hours but I reported 15 as I have the email I sent to the secretary and SGO to prove it. It goes back all the way and is very short each month. My calls and such are correct. No idea what is going on or if I have to go back and physically fix it.
