yoshi.png license

Hi,
i have high doubts about the right to distribute yoshi.png in ansi.js.
Do you have the license to ? or a link to the license applying to that file ?

I hope you understand why i raise that issue -- better now than too late...

@kapouer Thanks for your concern. You are technically correct, however I really don't think Nintendo will mind. It's not like the massive spritesheet hosting websites have proper licensing either, but they still survive.

I have added a note to the bottom of the README in the license section explaining that the copyright of yoshi.png belongs to Nintendo, Inc. That'll suffice I'm sure.

It's nice to warn users about that.
However it really doesn't solve the problem i'm talking about.
For example :
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:SMWYoshi.png
explains that you might fall under "Fair Use", so it's ok in USA.
What about other countries ?
