Case studies - Industry and Category drop down shows blank for some time

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Resources'
2. Click on 'Case Study'
3. Search for a text 'test'
4. Change the industry to 'Energy, Natural Resources and Utilities.
5. Observe the industry drop down for some time.
6. It's not showing any values.

Expected behavior
Industry drop down is not showing values for some time.
