Change Update All to Refresh #67

On the copilot payments page, we need to make a couple changes to the + Update All button:

  1. Add more space between + Add Payment and + Update All. On thin browser windows, the buttons touch. This should be more like the button spacing on editing a project.

  2. Change the button colour to a different shade of blue to differentiate it from + Add Payment

  3. Change the + icon to the sync font-awesome icon.

  4. Rename the text to Refresh instead of Update All
