The original codebase supported ES6 arrow functions. The client has said that we can update the JS to remove the arrow functions.

After this change, and the other JS cleanup documented:

Update require statements with duktape to support Node syntax #73

The ONLY changes to the JS files should be to remove the arrow functions.
