[$700] Demo Dash.js player controls #318

On the demo player, there are a number of playback controls, including:

  • Play/pause button
  • Progress bar (which shows loading / buffering progress and can be clicked to skip to a certain point in the video)
  • Current playback time
  • Total video duration
  • Bitrate list
  • Volume control

I'd like to get these into our demo player, with the exception of the "fullscreen" button, since that won't really work in Spark.
