Not working with the latest AssemblyScript version

Hi, when I trying to install as-bind, I got the following error messages:

It seems like as-bind@0.8.2 is not compatible with assemblyscript@0.27.9 which is the latest version.

I tried to update assembly script in #127, however, some of the tests are failing now. Any help is appreciated.

Some good news for #127. Fixed the remaining issues. Now all the tests are passing! 🎉 Just waiting on @torch2424 to review.
