Allow ignoring players in chat.

Ignore player:
/ignore Mate J

Show list of ignored players:
/ignore list

Stop ignoring player:
/ignore stop Mate J

We need to make "list" and "stop" player names blacklisted so there is no conflict with chat commands.
Ignore list will be stored locally in the browser.
We should also add "Chat Commands" cheatsheet page so people can see which commands they can use.
