Updated mobile design for the Investment Details subsection

When the load more is pressed

mobile view changes:

• header not visible
• put header text underlines back
• top section (tooltip group)
  • change back button from text to left arrow
  • reduce side margins so that tags are next to each other more
• company description
  • shorter descriptions (with read more accordion)
  • ‘read more’ button replaces with down arrow
  • ‘read more’ button on bottom right
• other subsections
  • shorter descriptions (documents from contentful, without read more accordion - will be significantly harder)
  • bigger subheaders
  • change flow to vertical
• investment details table
  • rotate orientation
  • load more to see next row
