Context: Elemental embodiments have gone through a few changes over the years: originally, at least one of them granted extra size, but when weight was removed for standardized sizes, this stopped working. The new powers versions of the spell have re-introduced this by adding enlarge with all 4 of the embodiments.

Having all 4 embodiments grant enlarge, however, creates problems with players being too big/small to bash--usually a job the person getting embodied is expected to perform. Right now, we work around this by just using the old version of the spell, but I believe that removing enlarge from one or two of the embodiments would help elementalist versatility and would make water and air more useful.

You could thematically justify Air enlarging as gasses expand and Earth is just big. But this would make Fire embody the choice most of the time, leaving Earth for bashing, better healing, and weird environmental situations. Air would stay as it is now, making it the enlarged alternative to Fire and Water would be the choice for underwater areas and bashing smaller things.

Earth: Enlarge
Air: Enlarge
Fire: No enlarge
Water: No enlarge
