railsみたいに、 pluggaloid [sub command] ... みたいな感じでコマンドラインからpluggaloidプラグインの雛形を作ったりしたい

command description
pluggaloid new APPLICATION_NAME Pluggaloid アプリケーションを作成
pluggaloid generate PLUGIN_NAME Pluggaloid プラグインを作成
pluggaloid start Pluggaloidアプリケーションを起動
