thprac should support command line options

Ideas:

• specifying a file path to an exe file should just launch that exe, and use configuration options
• But there should be additional options like --use-vpatch=vpatch_something.dll and --no-vpatch, --use-oilp=openinputlagpatch.dll and --no-oilp, --with-thcrap maybe which could optionally specify a path to a thcrap installation
• --attach=PID option that can't be used in conjunction with any of the other options listed to attach to a process by PID
