[global] Open a documentation page when installing the extension

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There is a significant number of uninstall of the extension, one of the cause can be the lack of explanation on how to use the extension and what are the differences with the legacy one.

Describe the solution you'd like
When installing the extension, open a documentation page with :

• how to open the extension
• what are the capabilities of the tool (sfben article)
• what to do if I have the legacy version installed
• how to migrate my saved queries

A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
