Remove usage of deprecated GeneralUtility::_GET, GeneralUtility::_GP and also direct access of $_GET and $_POST.

(GeneralUtility::_GET, GeneralUtility::_GP are deprecated and will be removed in TYPO3 13)

Retrieve the data from the PSR-7 request instead.
