After installing and enabling the plugin, I get a 404 upon trying to load a minimized jquery javascript library:

GET 
http://trac/chrome/stats/jquery.flot.time.min.js [HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found 203ms]
Error: Time mode requires the flot.time plugin.

Is an installation step missing from the homepage ?

It seems to be addressed by b436d82
