Since local_service_ip and local_service_ipv6 are based on the server's hostname, running ./algo update-users generates WireGuard configs with incorrect DNS settings if the hostname has changed since the server was initially deployed.

Maybe local_service_ip and local_service_ipv6 should be saved to the .config.yml file.
