AndroidFileFormat: line ending (termination) differs between template & translation

I know it is not a real issue, at least not a critical or major one, maybe a minor one.

We are using github to cache and backup our translation files.
After pulling translations from Transifex all files are displayed as modified again, because of the different line endings.

Not a real Transifex issue, but template files have the original and correct line ending. Maybe this also could be solved by a parameter for the transifex client.
